Ian Alberg brings an in-depth understanding of government action and its legal, regulatory, and legislative impact on business. He previously served as a Senior Consultant with Bingham Consulting Group and Of Counsel at Bingham McCutchen, advising major companies in their dealings with Governors, Attorneys General, and state legislatures.
Earlier, Ian served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia, a senior domestic policy advisor at the White House, and Acting Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School.

Nicholas Pullen has worked across the public and private sectors, developing a sophisticated understanding of the intersection among government action, politics, and law. He served Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell as Chief Counsel and Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs for the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
Nicholas later served as Director of Governmental Affairs at Schiffrin Barroway Topaz & Kessler and practiced at Morgan Lewis and Fox Rothschild, where his work included corporate litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He earned his J.D., with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A., with high honors, from the University of Delaware.
